# Virtuals Protocol

> OperSa's valuation oracle runs as an autonomous agent on Virtuals.

The hardest thing OperSa does is put a defensible price on an asset that trades a few times a year. That job is done by an autonomous agent, and that agent runs on Virtuals Protocol, the network for on-chain AI agents.

## An agent, not a label

The OperSa oracle is a real autonomous agent. It gathers market evidence, reasons over it, and proposes a value, and it does this continuously across every collectible market on the platform. Registering it on Virtuals means it lives where autonomous agents are meant to live, on an open network built for exactly this kind of work.

## Agents propose, rules decide

Being an agent does not mean the number is a whim. The Virtuals agent proposes, and a deterministic engine decides. The agent brings the evidence, the engine cleans it, weighs it, scores its confidence, and checks it before anything is published. This split is the whole point. It keeps the intelligence of an agent and the discipline of fixed rules.

## Why this is a big deal

Pricing the long tail of real-world assets is a genuinely open problem, and OperSa is doing it with an autonomous agent on a network built for autonomous agents. This is not an AI feature stapled to a trading app. The agent is the reason the markets exist at all, and it is doing the work in the open.
